WHO WE ARE

Ministers Connect International is a global network of church and ministry leaders coming together in unity for the purpose of acquiring and applying wisdom and knowledge drawn from the word of God for the advancement of lives and ministries; thereby creating pathways to transformation, through collaborative kingdom partnership.

Our driving force is to see our anchor scripture in Ephesians 4:11 become a reality in the lives of our members. We are committed to seeing six things happen in the life and ministry of all MCI members. The six things are faithfulness to the call of God, care for the congregation, cutting edge wisdom for growth, super focus on achieving goals and commitment to personal development through strategic training.

Our vision is to build a united family of ministers that is acquiring and applying divine wisdom and knowledge that is capable of giving them ministry success on a daily basis thereby enjoying ministry without tears.

Our mission is to provide relevant, targeted and solution-based ministerial training and capacity development programs that will ease ministry fulfillment for our members.

More About MCI

The MWT 2025 promises to be an experience of a life time as all global members of Ministers Connect International (MCI) are preparing to meet in Nigeria, at Unuahia in Abia State come January 7th to 10th.

The theme of this 2025 conference is HEAL AND HEAL FAST. This is a major burden in the heart of the MCI Global President, Bishop Dr. Obaro Prosper, to see that ministers of the gospel are free from inner pains that have limited them from fully optimizing the grace in their respective ministries.

It is going to be an amazing time of undiluted teachings of God’s Word from selected speakers across the world.

OUR EVENTS

This is MCI General Annual Conference that brings all MCI members, partners and guests together.

LADA is a Leadership and Career capacity training program dedicated at making ministry, church and business leaders more effective in their leadership positions.

At MCI we are mission conscious and obeying the GO YE command of our Saviour Jesus Christ is top most in our agenda.

ECDA

ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPACITY AND DEVELOPMENT
ACADEMY

Seeing believers win in the market place is another passion of MCI. This is fundamental because when a true believer has economic power, he or she will be of great support to his or her local church Pastor. This is part of the wisdom MCI is giving to ministers. Showing them the importance of encouraging members of their congregation to upscale their career through quality information and training.

ECDA is the arm of MCI that provides economic and career development to the congregation of MCI members globally.

Entrepreneurial Capacity and Development Academy (ECDA) runs different programs such as:

BELIEVERS’ ECONOMY SUMMIT (BES) in different countries. The BES provide a forum critical economy matters are discussed primarily for believers.

THE ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (TEN): This is the network for believers who have an initiative of owning his or her own business and he or she is ready to go all out and grow it into a strong brand. The TEN platform gives MCI the opportunity to support and empower selected members of the network.

ICCB

INTERNATIONAL CONNECT COLLEGE OF BISHOPS

The INTERNATIONAL CONNECT COLLEGE OF BISHOPS (ICCB) is a Ministers Connect International (MCI) forum for Bishops all over the world. It provides as an umbrella of engagement and collaboration for all ministers occupying the episcopal office of the bishop globally.

At MCI we know that the effectiveness and impacts we make as an organization is dependent on the quality of leaders we have.
We have competent and spirit filled leaders at the helm of affairs of MCI, individuals carefully selected from different countries with exceptional varieties of abilities heading their respective ministries globally.
Our leadership structure takes four different levels for the purpose of operational effectiveness. First, we have the Global Directors, secondly, we have the Regional Coordinators, thirdly, we have the Country Coordinators, fourthly, we have the State or Province Coordinators and the last but not the least is the City/Town Coordinators.
Our team spirit and collaborations at all levels with the grace and wisdom of God is what is giving us the winning edge in all we do at MCI.
