MINISTRY WITHOUT TEARS (MWT) CONFERENCE

This is MCI General Annual Conference that brings all MCI members, partners and guests together. It is a gathering that rejuvenates the spirit, equips for ministry, fosters connection, and ultimately strengthens the collective resolve to bring positive change and end pain within both individual lives and the broader community of faith.

NEW MEMBERS ONBOARDING (NMO) PROGRAM

Exclusively for new members of MCI globally. It’s a virtual meeting and a very important platform to welcome all new members into MCI and share the MCI culture, vision and lifestyle with them. All new members – Bishops, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and Teachers.

LEADERS UPGRADE PROGRAM (LUP):

MCI Leaders Upgrade program is an exclusive capacity upgrade training designed for MCI leaders at all levels. From the GLOBAL, REGIONAL, COUNTRY, STATE/PROVINCE to the CITY/TOWN leadership of the MCI structure. At MCI we know that without strong leaders in character and in performance, the MCI vision will be limited

LEADERSHIP ADVANCEMENT & DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY (LADA)

LADA is a Leadership and Career capacity training program dedicated at making ministry, church and business leaders more effective in their leadership positions. From the pulpit to Personal Branding, Workplace Excellence, Fundamentals of Leadership, Time Management, Developing People Skills, are all part of the training courses of LADA. We run the Basic and Advance LADA program in affiliation with Antioch University, USA

SCHOOL OF MISSION (SOM)

At MCI we are mission conscious and obeying the GO YE command of our Saviour Jesus Christ is top most in our agenda. The SOM program provides all MCI members who wants to engage in mission work in other countries and will like to take advantage of MCI network in that country. Only MCI members who have successfully gone through the SOM program will be given the opportunity to use MCI network in the country he or she is visiting. This is to guard MCI against abuse of any kind.

ICCP NEW BISHOPS ONBOARDING (NBO) PROGRAM

For any new Bishop joining ICCB (the Bishops’ arm of MCI), the Bishop must have gone through the first MCI New Members Onboarding Program before going through the ICCB New Bishop’s Onboarding Program. The ICCB NBO is design to introduce the new Bishops to the system of ICCB and its ways of operations and other things that concerns the office a Bishop.

BIENNIAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BISHOPS (BICB)

The BICB is an all exclusive conference for Bishops of ICCB under MCI globally. This is a time where all MCI Bishops come together to review the needs of the global church, pray for the church and re-energize themselves with God’s word for more kingdom harvests. Its scheduled to hold once in every two years and to be hosted in different countries.

CHURCH WORKERS EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAM (CWEP)

The CWEP is exclusively dedicated to the training of church workers of MCI member churches. It holds both onsite and online. MCI uses the mass approach to run the CWEP program. The mass approach is the act of bring different local churches in one location together for one purpose. Making the workers of our member churches effective is very vital as this is necessary in making sure Pastors have a strong workforce working with them.

AFFILIATES’ PROGRAM FOR ADVANCE STUDIES (APAS)

MCI as a strategic organization and always seeking for ways to make her members better in the work of the ministry and in their respective careers, always seek for strategic organizations to form alliance with so as to provide her members opportunity for further studies. One of MCI affiliate is Antioch University in USA.
