He is passionate about seeing ministers of the gospel doing the kingdom work without tears but with joy. This passion has driven him to bring ministers and their wives together every year for the past five years in a conference called ‘Ministry Without Tears (MWT) where over 1000 church leaders have been moved from tears to cheers. He is the Senior Pastor of Jesus Disciples Assembly with headquarters in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.
He is an author of books, a song writer, and a conference speaker. He is the founder and Global Chairman of Ministers Connect International (MCI; a ministry dedicated to the restoration of God’s servants from the place of tears to cheers. He’s also the founder of a scholarship programme for the uneducated – Jesus Disciples Montessori schools. He is married to his beloved Wife, Prophetess Ann Obaro and they are blessed with three wonderful children namely Excellence, Priest and Foresight.

She has been in ministry as a servant leader for 33 years; and has pioneered numerous small businesses, non- profit organizations, and several church growth launches over the last 20 years. She humbly serves to bring strategic and revelatory insight through business modeling and leadership development training.
In support of her passion for business and ministry, Apostle Eulalee is the Founder/Chief Innovation Officer of Faith Walk International Global- a community of business and service professionals, with broad capabilities; passionate about coming alongside their members to develop multigenerational impactful solutions. Apostle Eulalee is committed to the work of empowering and training community and church leaders to walk out their life’s purpose with intentionality.

MCI GlobalBishop Obi Onubogu, prior to his conversion in 1977, as grown through the ranks as a top Police Officer both in Scotland and in his home country Nigeria. After his conversion, he devoted himself to selfless service in the Kingdom of God in various capacities and positions of responsibility. In 1986, he was a member of the first Nigerian Delegation to Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International Convention, Anaheim, USA. He was called into ministry in 1988, and this became his first step to the many miles he has covered today in service of God and Humanity for thirty five years now and still counting.
He has birthed several sons and daughters in ministry in his years of Pastoral ministry both in the United Kingdom and in Nigeria. He is the founder of the High Dimension Christian Life Ministries to which Rock Family Church is an Affiliate. For the past twenty-eight years, from July 1993 till date, he has steadfastly served as the President of High Dimension Christian Life Ministries and Head Pastor of Rock Family Church, Nigeria. He is happily married to Rev. Mrs. Obioma Onubogu, and they and they are blessed with lovely children and grand Children.

MCI GlobalThe Reverend Sammy Musepa Is The Founder and President of the Christian Faith Ministries International housing its headquarters in the city of Tshwane – Pretoria in South Africa. He is the founder of the Clergy Compassionate Givers which is a charity organisation and the President of Christian Faith International training center; a Bible and Life Skills Institution. He has been involved in mission work for over 38 years and has several diplomas in the fields of Marriage Counselling, Crisis Counseling, Pastoral and Christian Education, Cross Cultural Missions and he holds certificates in Community Development. he holds a Doctorate as Master of Divinity. He is a founding member of the Tshwane Christian Leaders Council (TCLC) and the Heartfelt Ministers Forum (HMF) and is involved in the leadership of the I Am Network of Leaders.
He serves on the advisory committee of the Prayer Without Borders and serves as a Trustee on the Africa Refugee Forum. He founded the Faith Feeding and Clothing Project where they feed and cloth the homeless, the vulnerable, the destitute and families in crises. He travels extensively around the world to minister in seminars, conferences and churches. He is the Senior Pastor of the Christian Faith Center Pretoria and oversees over 80 local churches and pastors. he has authored several books. He is married to Rev. Dorothy and they have three children and three grand children with several adopted children who are orphans.

He is passionate about excellent church internal system, new members retention and numerical growth system for churches. He is the Lead Pastor of Equip Christian Centre, the President of ChurchKonnect Resource Centre, the organizer of the CHURCH ADMINISTRATORS’ & WORKERS’ ADVANCEMENT (CAWA) program, the Publisher of the ChurchKonnect Magazine and the Developer of the PAM CHURCH – an administrative web based portal for churches. He is based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria with his family.
OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE
MCI has a global organization runs an efficient and easy flowing administrative system. MCI has four well defined levels of coordination, the first is the GLOBAL LEVEL where the MCI Directors serve from, secondly is the REGIONAL LEVELS where the world different continents are broken down into regions. The MCI Regional Coordinators serve from this level. The third level is the COUNTRY LEVELM where the MCI Country’s Coordinators serve from and finally, the fourth level is the CITY/TOWN LEVEL where the MCI CITY/TOWN COORDINATORS serve from.
